I vant a bratvurst!

This is me and the man that sold me a bratwurst in Dresden. He was the nicest old man ever who spoke no English at all. When you buy bratwurst here, they give you a huge long bratwurst and then a roll to eat it with and ketchup on the side. It was an interesting way of eating, but it worked. The roll was actually way better than any bread I've ever had in Ukraine.

Dresden, Germany!

Apparently this is supposed to be the "heart" of Dresden, but really it's just french fries exploding out of a sphere.

Cathedral

This is a ginormous Gothic cathedral that was right next to Prague castle. The stained glass and intricate architecture was so fascinating. It was impossible to get the whole thing in one frame so this is only the top of it.

The best meal ever...

This was the best thing I've ever eaten in my life!

It was grilled steak and onions in a bun. Plus the people that sold it to us were way nice.

Easter!

They had a giant chocolate bunny in the "Easter square" area

in downtown Prague and I just couldn't stop myself. :)

The guards

The only word I have for this picture is: awkward. He's totally looking at me like I'm stupid out of the corner of his eye. I don't even know what I'm really trying to accomplish in this picture... This was right before we got to watch the changing of the guard outside the castle.

Praga/Praha/Prague!

Here I am in Prague! It was SO cold when we were there. This is just one of the views of the city from Prague Castle area.

Random Photos

Since I didn't have time to post some of the trip photos or Russia photos here is a shmorgasborg (sp?) of them...
